 CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

 1) RENTAL: These are private homes or apartments to use vacation, therefore exempt from regulation o fees.

. 2) RESERVATIONS: Reservations are deemed effective only upon receipt of an advance payment certifying the case of 30% of the total amount. The balance we must arrive 30 days before the date of the beginning of the holiday. . For reservations made in the 30 days preceding the date of the beginning of the holiday, the customer must pay the full amount of rent.
