GENERALS CONDITIONS OF LEASE
1)LOCATIONS: This is to houses or apartments deprived to use
vacation, therefore exempt from the regulations on the fair rent.
2)BOOKINGS: Bookings are thought valid only to the receipt of a

studio apartments, euro 40.00 for two-roomed flats. The customer

8)ORDER AND CLEANING: Immovable properties set in location will be
delivered clean and tickety-boo, the accessories for the cleaning
( sweeps, fences, bucket and scrubbing brush ) am in endowment to
every immovable property, the customer take the necessary steps to
the daily rearrangement of just the same and it will be accountable
for its integrity. at this moment in time of the redelivery of the
house it is done force to the customer of wash the dishes, empty the
dustbin bringing the with if and it puts back in its place the
possible pieces of furniture moved during the stay, the breach, also
of an only obligation brought over, will be sub-judice of the loss
of the bid bond.
9)CLAIMS AND THEY SPOIL: The customer, at this moment in time of the
delivery of the house, has held to check all equipments and to
signal possible make - up or lacks within 24 hours from the delivery
of the same, any reached claim to fine stay does not come taken in
consideration and possible breakdowns or lacks in the equipment it
comes debited to the customer. the breakdowns as a rule maintenance,
when not caused by carelessness or bad use by the customer, do not
come debited and they will come mended compatibly with the
availability of the workers and the availability of the materials,
in the case when is verified that the breakdown has been caused by
the customer, as a result of neglect or carelessness, the reparation
comes debited to just the same holding back the bail bond and
returning contextually to the receipt the possible difference.
10)ANNULMENT AND BOOKINGS CHANGES: All the annulments and the
changes to bookings effect must be done for affiliate. Annulments
effected 7 days before the date of beginning of the stay will
involve a penalty corresponding to 30% of the total amount, we
excluded the additional costs, for annulments effected by the
seventh day of the date of beginning it sojourns the penalty will be
of 100% of the total sum ( it is understood that in the case when
the house came again rented in 7 preceding days the date of
beginning sojourns, the applied penalty will be of 30% ).
. Elapsed 24 hours from the expectation arrive and without
communication some the owner will think free of every appointment
and without any charge to his loads. About the changes to the
bookings already effect these will be possible without any
additional charge, and however except availability, if effected
until 30 days before the date of beginning it sojourns.
If
the annulment of the booking is effected for will of the owner,
before the arrival of the customers, the already versed sums will
come refund and in any case possible penal to load
they can overcome 30% of the whole amount of the stay, excluding
every other reimbursement for moral damageses or material at once by
the customers. If the annulment is creditable to acts of God that
prevents the regular carrying out of the stay if these does not come
removed within 48 hours from the verify of the event, and where were
not possible to move house, will be refunded all the packed into
cases amounts for the stay or for the part of it not enjoied.
11)HOLE: For any tickety-boo controversy to the execution of the
present contract it comes among the agreed upon parts the exclusive
competence of the hole of Barcelona P.G.
